458 Morgan
It’s good to be with Morgantown Homecoming today. First, I had a great meeting with the Woodburn Neighborhood Association this morning. Thanks for hosting, Susan. Then, I showed 458 Morgan Street to the same prospective buyers for the second time, which is promising. Finally, I showed 228 Green Street and 540 Elmina Street to another prospective buyer. She flipped over Elmina Street–said that it’s the perfect size and location and wanted to know when we will be done with the rehab. She even had a great idea for the kitchen layout.
It was a great day!
